Christmas Delivery Information

Orders for international delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the order reaches its destination. We have no control over these charges and are unfortunately unable to predict their cost. Please check with your local government to find out more about what fees may be applied to your order.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges we will be unable to refund your p&p charge. If you would like the order to be resent in these circumstances, we would ask you to pay a further postage fee.

Delivery is charged according to weight plus packaging. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery (UK mainland only). For orders to Europe and the Rest of the World please allow longer.

Please note that Artist Multiples are sent by Special Delivery at a fixed cost depending on size and weight (UK mainland).

Online Returns Policy

If you would like to Return or Exchange an item ordered through our website please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unless an item has been damaged in transit or is not as described we are unfortunately unable to reimburse the cost of return postage.

All returns must be received by Gallery Bookshop within 30 days of the order being received by the customer, and in the same condition.

Refunds or Exchanges will be issued as soon as the item is received.
