Special limited edition, one of 105 copies only (this being no.30), issued with an original etching by Augustus John, signed in pencil by the artist. Documents 133 etchings made between 1901 and 1914, with full details of states, sizes, and editions. Printed on fine paper, the accompanying original etching (a self-portrait)  has John’s signature in pencil. Ex-libris bookplate of Kenneth Guichard, author of British Etchers, 1850-1940, on front paste-down. Condition: cream cloth boards a little worn with handling marks. Spine a little rubbed and tanned with fading to gilt titling. Toning to endpapers.   32 x 26.5 cms.
