Bubu de Montparnasse (Chas Laborde) (1924)

Charles-Louis Philippe’s celebrated Montmartre novel, accompanied by expressive drawings by Chas Laborde. The edition was limited to five hundred copies, comprising: fifteen copies on Holland paper, numbered 1 to 15, containing a suite on Holland paper and an original drawing; thirty-five copies on Holland paper, numbered 16 to 50, with a suite on Holland paper; and four hundred and fifty copies on vélin paper, numbered 51 to 500. This is number 464. Condition: binding a little fragile to first couple of pages.
