A stunning collection of Edward Bawden ephemera featuring catalogues for Fortnum and Mason. Bawden had a close association with Fortnum & Mason, having been commissioned by the store to design a range of tea towels, Christmas cards, and other products in the 1950s and 1960s. His designs often featured whimsical, colourful illustrations of animals, plants, and landscapes, which were used to adorn various products sold by the store. All copies are in near fine condition.

Fortnum and Mason: Christmas Pantomine Catalogue 1957 A 46 page catalogue with woodcut illustrations and photographs.

Fortnum and Mason Christmas catalogue (1955) Order form loosely inserted.

Fortnum’s Christmas Pantomime (1959) Original card covers with die-cut window to upper cover. The Pantomime is a products catalogue, illustrated with colour washed black and white product photographs decorated with illustrations by Bawden. The cover design is also by him. The illustrations feature pantomime characters such as Cinderella and Puss in Boots. The designs are in candy and bright colours. Produced by Colman Prentis and Varley Ltd and printed by Chas F Ince and Sons.
