Signed and dated by Burra to front endpaper: “E. Burra 1923”. “The project of publishing monographs on contemporary British artists has more than once been suggested, but has not, so far, been seriously entertained” writes Rutherston.   Editor’s Note. Boards a little rubbed to extremities. Dust-wrapper has some small segments of loss to head of spine and top left corner of it’s front panel, otherwise very good.
