Custom monogrammed rebound collection of love poems by Gerard Vernon Wallop, later the 9th Earl of Portsmouth. Published in 1928 by Black Sun Press under Editions Narcisse, it was a limited edition of 200 numbered copies on high-quality Hollande Van Gelder Zonen paper. This particular copy features a personalized binding with the initials of Ronald Blythe in gilt. Blythe’s neat ownership signature to front endpaper. Condition: some ligthe rubbing to extremities. Some slight spotting to endpapers and prelims, otherwise very good.
