Hardback.  Green cloth.  No jacket.  Second printing of Harling’s brilliant and profusely illustrated introduction to Eric Ravilious’s wood-engravings.  ‘His death was a considerable misfortune for English design.  He was thirty-nine years of age, and had reached a distinctive and distinguished position in those divisions of design in which he practised’.  Condition: no dustjacket.  Green cloth boards a little faded and lightly edge-worn.  Small dark scuff mark to top edge of title page, otherwise very good.
