Dresser’s guide to making everyday objects both useful and beautiful. Chromolithographic frontispiece and plate, both with original tissue guards. 26 × 19 cm. Publisher’s advertisements at rear. Original purple cloth boards with gilt design and Dresser’s motto to upper board, both within strapwork border. Condition: some very light rubbing along edges of spine and to spine ends. Boards very lightly rubbed to extremities. Some light spotting to endpapers and pastedowns and two pages of adverts.
