Catalogue for an important show of Kitaj’s art in Norway in 1998. Text in Norwegian and English. Inscribed by Kitaj to MJ Long and Colin St John Wilson: “for dearest Sir Sandy and Lady Wilson, love ever, Kitaj”. Includes three loosely inserted photographs of Colin St John Wilson’s Kitajs on display in the exhibition. Also includes a loosely inserted hand-written letter to Colin St John Wilson from the gallery discussing the show and its impact. Condition: front board a little worn and bumped along top edge. Foxing to top edge of text-block. Some light dust marks to front and rear boards, otherwise very good.
