Wedmore focuses on artists who were relatively young and not yet widely recognized by the general public, highlighting their individuality and contributions to modern art. Artists include:  William Nicholson, Théodore Roussel, Bertram Priestman, Walter Sickert, David Muirhead, Horace Mann Livens, Philip Connard, Muirhead Bone, William Orpen and Wilson Steer. The book aims to spotlight these artists’ unique styles, despite their lack of mainstream popularity at the time of writing. Condition: some light dust marks and shelf-wear to boards. Endpapers toned. Slight spotting to contents, otherwise very good.
