50 Jahre Madaus: Eine aufgeschlossene Firma (50 Years of Madaus: An Open-Minded Company) is a highly collectible, legendary 1969 photobook. It was published by the German pharmaceutical company Dr Madaus & Co to celebrate its 50th anniversary (1919–1969). Celebrated as a whimsical, irreverent artist’s book full of experimental photomontages and collages, it is famous for its physical pop-up elements, including a miniature squeaking bellows to ‘revive’ a test rat, a yellow plastic glove, and a green paper balloon.

Very good copy in very good dust jacket. All interactive elements intact. Title page has come loose. Scuffing and wear to edges of slipcase, some wear and creasing to edges of book. Some rippling to spine.
