Olive green cloth with gilt titling and gilt decoration to front panel. Housed in original publisher’s olive green cloth slipcase. Limited to 500 copies, and includes a special frontispiece drawing. This copy is 189. Signed by Katherine Anne Porter and Ben Shahn. Moving story of Porter’s niece who died aged five. Condition: Slipcase a little sunned and lightly worn to extremities. Gilt titling to spine faded, otherwise very good.
