Issue notable for featuring “The Artist’s Reserved Rights Transfer and Sale Agreement,” developed by curator Seth Siegelaub and lawyer Robert Projansky. The agreement aimed to protect artists’ rights by ensuring they receive a percentage of profits from the resale of their artworks and retain certain controls over their use. Other highlights include articles on Berlin Dada, Revolutionary Soviet art in the twenties, Socialist Realism in Russia 1917 to 1932, Dore Ashton on the pictures of John Walker. Condition: covers a little worn and marked with a small closed tear to foot of spine. One faint library stamp to top edge of dust-wrapper’s front panel and a small date stamp to top edge of rear panel, otherwise very good.
