Peggy Angus
Peggy Angus (1904-1993) was a British artist and designer known for her colorful and whimsical paintings, prints, and murals. She was also a teacher and a writer, and played an important role in the mid-20th century British art scene.
Angus studied at the Royal College of Art in London in the 1920s, where she specialized in mural painting. She went on to produce a number of murals for public spaces, including schools and hospitals, and was known for her use of bold colors and playful imagery.
