Semi-autobiographical work, exploring Allinson’s own experiences and perspectives through a fictionalized narrative.  Limited to a print run of 1210 copies. With seven wood engraved headpieces by Enid Marx. Dust-wrapper by Enid Marx. Blue cloth. Spine lettered in gilt. Condition: Unclipped dust-wrapper bright and clean except for some toning to bottom edge of rear panel (se photos). A few slight indentations to back board. A faint touch of spotting to fore-edge, otherwise near fine.
