Signed and dated by Maggi Hambling to title-page. Henrietta Moraes was a muse, writer and considered a Queen of Bohemia. In last years of her tempestuous life, Henrietta was painted by Maggi, and this book has much to say about the relationship between artist and model. A series of charcoal drawings that capture the essence of their friendship. Condition: very good.
