Original two-tone black and white cloth without the original Lewis designed dust-jacket. The irrepressible controversialist, in a lively & provocative exposition of racial problems, mainly drawn from contemporary literature. Condition: All edges slightly foxed. Some light foxing to endpapers and prelims. Boards a little rubbed to corner tips. Spine a little browned, shaken and lightly creased to base. Small white blemish to middle of spine. Bookplate of Scottish educationalist Arthur Melville Clark to front pastedown otherwise very good.
