The final and most celebrated issue of the influential Surrealist periodical London Bulletin. Published in June 1940 after a year’s suspension. This triple number marked the end of both the magazine and the London Gallery’s wartime activities. Includes original graphic works by S. W. Hayter, John Banting and John Buckland Wright. With contributions from leading figures of the international Surrealist movement including André Breton, Paul Éluard, Herbert Read, Francis Picabia and Paul Nash and more.
