The first book on Freedman’s work.  Signed and dedicated by Barnett Freedman to front endpaper.  Includes a 26 page biography of Freedman and close to 100 illustrations.  The author has also compiled lists of the books illustrated and dust-jackets designed by the artist. Condition: Toning to endpapers.  Dust-jacket a little worn with some marking and fading to edges, plus a small segment of loss to back panel.  Boards a little edge-worn. Internally clean and bright.
