Elephant Folio. Spiral bound. Scarce work produced by Art Society Press which was run by scholars of King’s College School, Wimbledon. The story of a smash and grab thief foiled by a boy sleuth. Produced using ‘The Method’ which Robert Holloway described as “reverse etched zinc plates, printed and bitten again, and space left for the lino block which contrasts with the etch. The lino is printed and then cut and printed again.” Condition: boards a little yellowed, marked and worn to corners. Spiral binding a little marked and bumped to top.
