Hardback.  First edition.  Housed in a striking dust-jacket by Barbara Jones.  ‘All Leo Walmsley’s novels are drawn from life.  In Sound of the Sea he has gone back to his boyhood, at the turn of the century, in the Yorkshire fishing village he calls Bramblewick.  Condition:  Dustjacket a little marked and edge-worn with a small hole and creasing to top of its front panel.  Previous owner’s signature to front endpaper.  Blue cloth boards a little edge-rubbed.
