Kittredge and printed under his Supervision at the Lakeside Press, R.R.Donnelley & Sons Co., in Chicago. Illustrations by the notable American cartoonist, John Held Jr. Limited Edition of 1500 Copies, this being number 286. Signed by John Held Jr in green ink to rear. In original black slipcase. Top edge gilt. Colourful cloth boards and green Morocco spine, with gilt decoration. Condition: slipcase a little scuffed with some rubbing to edges and corners. Wear to top and tail of spine, otherwise very good.
