Limited to 250 copies, this being number 67.  Preface by Cyril W. Beaumont. ‘The present volume of designs and decorations is intended as a picture book for grown-ups. The contents offer considerable variety; there are decorations having fruit, flowers, fish or insects as their motif; pictures of ships, clowns, highwaymen, battles- in short, something to please every taste. The designs are printed from cuts on various materials, principally wood and linoleum. The colouring is done by hand.’ Hand-coloured collection of vibrant illustrations about English towns and countryside. Condition: Boards a little worn and browned to spine. Slight spotting to pages, although mounted illustrations are clean and bright.
